INDONESIAN SUMATRA TRIPLE PICKED

This Sumatran coffee produces a spicy herbaceous flavor, distinct from any other coffee. Our Sumatra Lintong is a high quality coffee grown in northern Sumatra, always triple-picked, which is the highest sorting grade of all the Sumatran coffees. It's the perfect cup of coffee for those desiring an earthy smooth full-bodied cup of Arabica coffee.

ORGANIC INDONESIAN BALI BLUE MOON

There is over 7,000 hectares of organic coffee growing farmland in Bali. Pesticides and chemicals are illegal to use on any of the crops, which are farmed using 100% organic fertilizers. Unlike the earthier Indonesian coffees, Bali Blue Moon is a rich, syrupy smooth cup with a dark chocolate finish without the earthiness of a Sumatran coffee.

ORGANIC INDONESIAN JAVA KAYUMAS TAMAN DADAR

This coffee is cultivated on family owned farms on the island of Java, Indonesia.  Taman dadar, meaning flower garden, is an accurate descriptor for coffee with a sweet cane sugar aroma. This is a very clean, rich, earthy coffee, similar to Sumatra but milder. Java is well known for the popular Mocha Java blend, but can also be combined with milder Central and South American coffees for a unique and well balanced blend. We offer this coffee as part of a true Mocha Java blend.
