Tanzania Coffee

TANZANIA PEABERRY

Tanzanian coffee has a bright pleasant acidity similar to Kenyan coffee but with a smooth creamy body. This coffee is also SHG (Strictly High Grown), just as its Kenyan neighbor, reaching the soaring altitudes of Mount Kilimanjaro, above 6,600 feet. Less than 9% of all Tanzanian beans are classified as peaberry, making this coffee as rare as it is bold. With twice the flavor and nutrients as other Tanzanian beans, it's easy to taste the difference. The citrusy flavor is naturally sweet and fruity with subtle notes of black tea and a winey aftertaste that gently lingers on the palate.
